Weddings
Weddings are a speciality for Sir Duke. We work hard to ensure you have a stress free experience leaving you to enjoy your special day.
What to expect:
Venue
We can adapt to most venues and arrangements.
Just find your perfect venue, and we will co-ordinate the arrangements with the Wedding Co-ordinator leaving you to enjoy your special day.
Timings
We will fit around your timings during day.
All we ask is to consider band logistics - Set up and exiting arrangements.
First Dance
Choose your First Dance and Sir Duke will play it live.
* Subject to 4 weeks notice and playing within the live capabilities of the selected song.
The Music
We perform 2 x 1 Hour Sets of Dance Party Music. See the List of Numbers on the Music Page, which we will be happy to discuss the music selection for your Wedding.
More Music
We can perform Jazz Standards during your Wedding Breakfast which embellishes the whole experience.
We can also provide Dance Party Music before, between & after two x 1 Hour Sets allowing you and your guests to dance the night away.
Equipment
We provide a Full Public Address System and Band & Dance Floor Lighting.
Legal & Safety
We have full Public Liability Insurance. It is not unusual for the Venue to request a copy of the Insurance which we will be happy to provide.
Tucked away in the rolling hills of the Chilterns is one of our favorite Wedding Venues. We have performed here many times, and the Wedding Team are simply a delight to deal with. Just ask for Lucie or Beverley.
Phyllis Court is located by the beautiful river Thames in Henley and has great outdoor space with several function areas to suit differing requirements. It's so good that a band member had his Wedding Party here. Sir Duke have also played at Phyllis Court for various Company functions.
Lains Barn is a very popular choice in the Wantage area, and is highly recommended. That is why we're working on securing our first function here.

The 5 Horseshoes is situated in a beautiful picturesque rural location near Russell's Water. It boasts two outside bars and is a great Wedding Marquee venue.
Dan & Tracey are great hosts serving fabulous pub food. We have performed here many times and look forward to playing there again soon.
Hyde House is located in Stow on the Wold .
If you are lucky enough to have good weather, the outside patio area is just lovely to sit and enjoy company with drinks.
We performed at The Farmhouse at Redcoats in 2022, following a recommendation from a Wedding at Old Luxters. It has an amazing old barn for your Wedding, with numerous bars and Hotel accommodation for your guests.
During the evening, a BBQ was set up, near a Fire Pit which made it a very sociable evening. Lovely venue.
